I hold a B.S. in Early Childhood Education with Special Education emphasis from Arkansas State University, a Master’s in Counseling from Harding University, and a Doctorate in Integrative Behavioral Health from Arizona State University. My doctoral research focused on behavioral interventions for parents of children with developmental delays.
Since 2013, I’ve worked in clinical and administrative settings, gaining experience in hospital administration, therapy for older adults, family interventions, and couples counseling. My goal is to create a safe space for clients to explore healthier ways to cope and connect.
I take an individualized approach to counseling, listening carefully to your concerns, and developing a treatment plan tailored to your needs. I integrate evidence-based techniques such as behaviorist therapy for children and CBT, Person-Centered Therapy, and ACT for adolescents and adults to foster insight, build coping skills, and promote lasting change.
